Bassmaster Kayak Series 2025: A New Year, New Waters
The 2025 Bassmaster Kayak Series promises to be another thrilling season, with a diverse lineup of premier fishing destinations, and with a new Sponsor, Native Watercraft. Anglers will test their skills on familiar waters and explore new venues, all while competing for top honors in the kayak fishing world.
2025 Bassmaster Kayak Series Schedule:
* January 18-19: Lake Havasu, Havasu City, Arizona
* February 1-2: Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, Kissimmee, Florida
* April 26-27: Dale Hollow Reservoir, Byrdstown, Tennessee
* May 31-June 1: Lake Tenkiller, Cookson, Oklahoma
* July 26-27: Lake Champlain, Plattsburgh, New York
* September 27-28: Toledo Bend Reservoir, Hemphill, Texas
A Look Back at the 2024 Season
The 2024 Bassmaster Kayak Series was a year of intense competition and unforgettable moments. Anglers battled it out on iconic lakes like Lake Murray, Lake Tenkiller, Possum Kingdom Lake, Lake Guntersville, and Susquehanna River. Each event showcased the incredible talent and skill of the kayak fishing community, with anglers pushing the limits of the sport.
The 2024 season was certainly one to remember, Derek Brundle of Massachusetts would finish in 5th place, Clint Pippen from Mississippi finished the season in fourth place, Jason Isaacs from West Virginia finished the season in third place, Casey Reed from Virginia finished in second place, and for the second year in a row Russ Snyders won the Bassmaster Dakota Lithium Angler of the year award, for which he said he was grateful to do what he loves.
As we look ahead to 2025, the Bassmaster Kayak Series continues to grow in popularity and prestige. With exciting new venues and a talented field of competitors, the 2025 season is poised to be one for the ages.
